Very good. It's a good company.
I have really no bad thing.
I went onsite with the Mountain View campus for a position in the Google Cloud division. A total of five interviewers participated. It's unclear how they selected the interviewers; in the end, three interviewers asked distributed systems questions.
Amazon's interview process typically involves: * A recruiter screen * Potential assessments * Phone screens * An interview loop (multiple interviews) * A hiring committee debrief * Finally, salary negotiation. Expect both role-specific
Very involved. Enjoyed the process. Multiple rounds of technical interviews were tiring, to be honest. I would have preferred in-person, person-to-person interviews for these kinds of detailed tech assessments.
