Bad mid-level management, without a great way to do career development. Discipline around people management is relatively weak. The review model is okay, not great.

Senior Staff Engineer
There will be two coding interviews, two design interviews, and a G&L interview. The expectations are to integrate OO and Interface design into the coding interviews and conduct very intense design interviews.
Software Engineer
First, an online assessment, then the HR call, then several rounds of technical interview (you need to solve data structure/algorithm problems), and finally a manager interview (mostly behavioral questions).
