It's been great, but it's changing
I love the people, and I've loved the company for 11 years. The overall culture is to try to do the right thing. The physical work environment is really nice.
It's changing.
Layoffs, desk sharing, and cost-cutting -- something new every week.
There are more Nvidia, Microsoft, and AWS managers who do not get the culture at all and want to make it more like everyone else.
