As an intern, I had a lot of freedom with my projects. I got to do something on my own that turned out to have a big impact on the company.
The people are amazing and very knowledgeable. Whenever I had questions, they were willing to spend time with me and suggest things that could be improved.
For an intern, the learning curve is very steep. For a regular employee, it takes about 6 months before they are productive. Maybe improved training for interns.
