Two telephone interviews followed by an on-site interview.
The screening process was the usual, based on many stories I've heard at Google, and nothing was out of the ordinary.
Interviewers are usually journeymen techies and read from a prompt.
Other than that, one is expected to be fully proficient in SRE principles, including distributed computing.
