Efficient very much, but you need to be patient. I did an online assessment and then two technical interviews and then a team matching stage, which I am currently at right now, and still did not get any offer yet.

They ask difficult algorithm questions, and if you fail, you get three more attempts anytime. I don’t think these questions are necessary or relevant for evaluating practical skills in the real world.

I need more practice to adapt to the interview process. Perhaps more mock interviews, both phone and on-site, would be beneficial. The process is great, but I am quite nervous. I've decided to take it again after more practice.
