Everyone is there to help, and it's the best work life I've ever seen.
As an intern, I have no cons.
First round - phone call - asked about technical projects, current org work, coding experience, and preferred language. Second round - coding interview. Two questions - a graph and a BST question.
Resume shortlisting: 3 interview rounds were conducted. All rounds were technical, with one "Googlyness" round. Each interview lasted 45 minutes and involved live coding in front of the interviewer. The "Googlyness" round focused on work culture.
The initial round was 45 minutes and included a DSA question. Round 2 focused on DSA and Googliness. There was a third round, but I have not yet received confirmation for it. The questions asked were medium to hard on LeetCode.
