Easier than it used to be. I have gone through the process before, once, and did not get far. But this time was easy. Two interviews plus host match. Two interviews.

I had my interview with Google. It included the usual LeetCode problems, with medium and hard level questions, followed by a system design interview. Another coding round and a final HR round completed the overall selection process.
