Work culture has become worse over time, but it is still better than most companies. Employee perks are quite good.
Culture has changed for the worse in the past 3 years.
Quality of work in many teams is not up to the mark. The SWE work only requires business requirement know-how and very little technical expertise.
Fall back to older ways of management.
