I think many of these cons are location specific, but for a remote office like India:
- Work-life balance goes down the drain.
- Most work is Mountain View centered, so offices with a big time zone difference feel cut-off and don't get the best projects.
- Very speedy delivery is expected. You can't move ahead if you can't work fast.
