Very bad and unethical policies in practice.
Firing randomly, being treated like a dog.
You can be fired anytime, especially if you speak up about something that you feel is wrong ethically.
Shady ad practices that everyone is aware of, yet can't do anything about. But guess what? That's how they make money, so it doesn't matter.
