There have been increasing concerns regarding incidents of workplace power harassment, including:
- Unilateral assignment of responsibilities that exceed an employee’s current skill level, without adequate guidance or support.
- Establishing a non-supportive environment that appears to pressure the employee to exit the team or organization.
I became aware of a reported incident within the Wear OS Media team, where an employee allegedly experienced power harassment from a manager (Nakul Moudgil) and subsequently resigned.
