Don't expect to see great code. Expect a mess that everyone is struggling to understand, caused by a fast pace, rapid turnover, and some really spectacular bad past design decisions that make things very hard to trace. These decisions are now deeply embedded and would be very hard to remove.
Having said that, if this is your thing, great. They will reward you handsomely to help keep them afloat.
