The interview was very competitive. I’m not really sure how I got it because I’m a pretty standard applicant. Anyway, I was on a call with about 30 other applicants answering the same question, and I almost started crying.

A quick screening call, then a second phone interview with some programming puzzles and algorithms. The screen was shared throughout the process. I did not move to the next phase.
