Benefits and compensation are good by Canadian standards. Work isn't too hard and can be interesting at times.
The company is constantly restructuring and cancelling projects. They can't commit to a vision, and there's a lot of internal politics. To be honest, it's not a very fun or inspiring place to work.
Learn how to commit to a long-term vision and build towards it. Stop creating ten competing versions of everything.
