Good benefits, such as dental and health. Great job and good atmosphere, especially for people with little to no experience. Easily settled in by colleagues.
Work is very tedious as a graduate engineer, as you are not given a very taxing level of work to do.
Harder jobs for new graduates, but other than that, nothing much needs to be changed as I think that management does a pretty good job.
