There are excellent, intelligent coworkers who care about doing things right, good healthcare benefits, and a hybrid schedule.
Layoffs and reorgs damage morale, and the lack of continuity makes it more difficult than necessary to complete projects. There is AI usage as a requirement, but the tooling is inconsistently useful in certain teams.
