Awesome place to work, lots of cool projects, good management
I started working here and had a love-hate relationship with this place in the beginning, but after being here for over 3.5 years, I thoroughly enjoy it.
At first, I did not like the slow development cycle and review times, but I now very much appreciate it and Google's engineering methodologies.
Google offers the best benefits among the top tech companies.
Improve pay; it's not as good compared to the market as it was a few years ago.
