I submitted my resume online, waited for a few weeks, was contacted by a recruiter, had a phone screen, chose a language, etc., etc. We then decided on a date for a phone interview. I was not well prepared, and therefore failed.

The interview process was very good. Every questioner was on point. No extra questions were asked; they focused on my experience, education, and relevant skills. I loved the type of interview at Google. It was the best I have ever seen.
