Google is a very good company to work for. It encourages talent from all over the globe. It has one of the best company cultures and facilities for employees. It also pays above the average market level.
Decent work-life balance, good pay, extremely good employee facilities, and a positive company culture are among the best things at Google.
Promotion is not so systematic and fast.
Moreover, you'll see people with very high work experience still in mid-level roles.
Work-life balance in some teams might not be that good.
Promotion should be made faster.
