Good pay and perks (gym, micro-kitchens).
Ability to have a career in the company.
Ability to work from home or from another office while traveling.
Lack of work-life balance. Stressful coworkers. Senior management is not on the front line. They don't seem to know what's going on in their department. Some level of bureaucracy keeps meaningful things from happening. Food is terrible in some buildings.
Review what your people are doing; at least read their quarterly objectives.

Very difficult and many logic exercises, and it is very difficult to get in. I do not recommend. Little code required, problem-solving activities, many requests and few open positions.
