The interview process has three steps. The first step is a phone interview, which consists of two rounds, each lasting 40 minutes. Upon passing the phone interview, candidates are flown in for an in-person interview.

The interview was great. The team there seemed really switched on and friendly. The area and office are very inclusive, and the facilities are awesome, including multiple flavors for the coffee milk – which I really like.

I had my on-site interview at Mountain View. There were four rounds, with a lunch. The questions were fair, but I did not have enough preparation. The recruiters were helpful and friendly. The interviewers were also very nice.
