A very good company to work for.
Very bad worker in the company.
The interview process has three steps. The first step is a phone interview, which consists of two rounds, each lasting 40 minutes. Upon passing the phone interview, candidates are flown in for an in-person interview.
1. Talk with the recruiter (15 minutes) 2. Phone screening 3. 5 interviews: 4 technical + 1 behavioral The recruiter came back and told me I did really, really well at the technical interviews ("smashed it") and that I did great at the behavioral.
I sent a resume with a cover letter. I received an immediate email and was eventually contacted by a "human." My conduct with the professional was, indeed, professional. I appreciated that they weren't overly formal, which speaks to the company cul
