- Best (not perfect) working culture I've ever had. A very warm and helpful environment makes me wonder about new things for the new day.
- The company tries to create/sustain an inclusive working environment.
- Everything is on a big scale, which is not an opportunity that you can get in relatively small companies.
- Great learning opportunity if you're willing to.
- Compensation
- Steep learning curve while on-boarding due to Google-specific technologies.
- Some tech stacks are very specific to Google, and thus your knowledge on those might lose value outside of Google.
- Inter-time zone communication is sometimes difficult if you have a time difference with the US. I have to admit Google is a somewhat US-centric company.
