I applied through the website. I was emailed by the recruiter with a link to the coding test. Within 2-3 days, I got a reply for scheduling a phone interview. After approximately 8-9 days, I received an email stating the recruiter had an update.

They conducted a screening, then they called me to move forward with the on-site interview. They were very friendly, except for two interviewers who were quite rude. In a way, it seemed like they were being condescending.
