Great company but hard to get promoted
Good engineering infrastructure and documentation. High impact projects. Good work/life balance.
Difficult to get promoted, and your pay doesn't increase until you do.
Don't slash someone's compensation just because they moved out of the Bay Area or New York City. That feels like a demotion.
