I recommend it to you if you want work-life balance and grow
- A lot of people you can learn from.
- TLs and managers are very involved in the project.
- Clear promotion flow.
- Fair salary and stocks.
- Google community organizes a lot of events; it's easy to find one that suits you and be engaged to contribute.
- Good work-life balance; people in the team trust you.
The promotion flow is clear, but it's very slow compared to other options. The salary is still fair, though.
