Quick phone interview. Very easy programming question, just like returning the average of nearby 5 points.

Two phone interviews, 45 minutes each. We used Google Docs to type code. Most questions were coding problems. They weren't hard, but I needed to be careful not to make silly mistakes. After that, it took a very long time to receive the final result.
