The interview consisted of two hourlong sessions. I completely bombed it because I spent all my study time reading up on interview questions rather than basic algorithms. It's really all about being prepared for anything by having a solid background

One employee referred me, and then I received an email to complete an online form about my background and interview preferences. This was followed by two rounds of phone interviews with different interviewers.

I got my interview scheduled two weeks after my application. After taking two rounds of telephone interviews, I was informed of passing. The next step was team matching, which took one week to complete. I was picked by two team hosts.
