The interview consisted of two hourlong sessions. I completely bombed it because I spent all my study time reading up on interview questions rather than basic algorithms. It's really all about being prepared for anything by having a solid background in algorithms. You need to be able to come up with recursive algorithms on the spot, including cost analysis. These won't be things you can memorize and regurgitate later (e.g., write Quicksort). I wouldn't say the interview would have been hard had I gone back to my algorithms class material for preparation, but unfortunately, I hadn't.
The interviewers themselves were professional and pleasant.
