Pros

The benefits have no competition: pay, food, a strong community, and resources, etc. You will be pampered.

Cons

If working for a manager all about the OKRs, the company starts to forget you're human. There is no time to enjoy any of the benefits. You will be worked to the ground.

Depends on your manager, though! Executives are also not making the best decisions for their subordinates. They seem to prioritize self-interest, decreasing the impact of potential innovation.

Advice to Management

Don't forget that people are still human beings.
