Work with smart people who are willing to share information
People are willing to share knowledge, which is not the norm in this industry. This is the first place I have worked where the people are great about that. Also, I get to work on cool projects that no one else in the world works on.
A company like this requires a lot of long hours, so work-life balance is often hard to come by.
None, but management does solicit advice and they do give feedback, so we know they listen.
