I definitely enjoyed this internship and would recommend it to anyone before heading into industry as a full-time employee.
Actually, it's very difficult to think of cons. I suppose it would have been nice to be in one of the "more fun" buildings than GWC.
First, an online assessment, then the HR call, then several rounds of technical interview (you need to solve data structure/algorithm problems), and finally a manager interview (mostly behavioral questions).
LeetCode basically doesn't care about experience or brains. LeetCode is kinda weird, though. But what can you expect from FAANG besides that? Just save your time and energy and apply to a real software company.
