Just like college
I'm constantly surrounded by very smart, very competent people. We're treated very well, and most of the things you hear about our amenities are true. The project I'm working on is exciting and keeps me motivated to work.
Although it hasn't been my experience, I think many people can be placed in projects they're not too passionate about, and that may even be below their level of expertise. That can probably be a bit disheartening.
