This is no longer a startup. You can't expect to go to Google these days and become a millionaire. As some reviewers have said, there is basically no room for advancement, so it is a dead-end job. They do discriminate by schools. Say if you attended Arizona State, you would get paid $20k less than the same person graduating from Berkeley or Stanford. It is pretty ridiculous like that.
