Took a coding assessment. Met with a manager. Answered questions about Java and basic coding practices. Took a personality assessment to determine if I was a good fit. Met with other team members for a panel interview.

I had a phone screening, a technical phone call, and then I had about 5 in-person interviews at Mountain View. Everyone I spoke to was pretty friendly. The interview process can get a bit tiring, but it was a great experience.

This is a standard tech interview. Many books out there can walk you through it. It typically involves a phone screen followed by four rounds of on-site interviews. This is normal.
