Coworkers were all really talented and generally pretty nice.
Compensation is definitely high.
Everyone was visibly stressed out all the time.
Extremely slow to get anything done.
Company values like "Respect the User" are more honored in the breach than the observance.
Most of their tech stack is only used at Google, and the internal documentation, while easy to search for, is often hard to understand.
Upper management is clueless and bad at their jobs.
