To me, an IT professional is someone who works in IT and has a job in IT. It can also be someone who has experience in IT but is temporarily in another job or field, or has had nothing in IT.
"Cons" can refer to several things depending on the context. It can be used to mean disadvantages or arguments against something, or it can be used in a more informal sense to refer to a con artist or scam, or even as a shortening of the word "convict."
Effective management hinges on a few key areas: understanding your team, clear communication, goal-setting, delegation, and a focus on continuous improvement.
Managers should also prioritize creating a safe and inclusive environment where team members feel valued and supported.
