Some managers in the program may be new, inexperienced, or not technical. You will have to actively seek out technical career mentorship and wisdom on choosing teams/projects.

Working as a Level 2 engineer (Level 3 is entry level) when in reality all the code you are writing is at Level 3 and is being reviewed by Level 3 engineers and above.

Lower pay than new grad salary, but this will bump up after the program and you are brought on full time.
