Google has a lot of smart and nice people to work with. People work collaboratively. The company has many great benefits.
It just feels like the company has hired the best people to work on all the benefits (401k, fitness, food, etc., etc.) as well.
Things can move very fast at Google, which means it can be somewhat stressful. It depends on the projects you work on, though.
