Team dependent, but for me (Ads), it's not good for learning. It's too slow; it would take very long to get things pushed due to back and forth and slow reviews.
Ensure managers are technical and have experience with the team's codebase.

Software Engineer
One technical phone interview (LeetCode Easy) and four onsite technical interviews (a mix of LeetCode Medium/Hard). Before the phone interview, I also had to complete a coding challenge made of two Easy questions and one dynamic programming problem.
