Seems natural. I found the application online and sent in my resume the next day. I was contacted promptly. The interviewer was kind and respectful, and made sure to describe his background thoroughly before pursuing further questions.

Tough lots of coding questions about coding, algorithms, and data structures. I also had to code on a Google Doc. The interviewer was very nice and made me feel comfortable, but I didn't understand one of the questions. It was a tough but friendly

I received an email for two phone interviews. They were back-to-back, making it feel like one long phone interview. I did okay in the first one but did not do well in the second and was rejected.
