Applied for an internship. Had 3 rounds of technical phone interviews, each 45 minutes long. Usually started with questions about previous work experience and algorithms, then solving a coding problem via a shared Google Doc.

The interview process is hard to get in the first place and is even harder to pass once obtained. You can usually get an interview by receiving a referral; apart from that, it's difficult.

It took a month, starting from the phone screening, online coding challenge, and then on-site interviews. Overall, it was the most difficult interview I have ever had. I still don't like their interview style. It was too stressful and difficult. If
