The recruiting process was excellent. My recruiter was my biggest supporter and responded in a timely manner. However, the phone screen was not the same. My interviewer had a really heavy accent, and I barely understood what he was saying. Moreover,

The interviewer let me do the five programming questions. The first one was easy. The others were all hard for me. He also asked me other ordinary questions, like, "Introduce yourself" and "Why did you choose Google?"

The interview process consisted of four rounds, including a free lunch. Everyone was very nice and kindly directed me to the solution when I got stuck. However, the questions were not very easy and required some time to think about.
