Very slow development of projects due to the complexity of the infrastructure and bureaucracy.
Depending on the team you are in, the culture may vary a lot. Some managers can be very bad while others extremely good (I've been in two teams so far with good and bad experiences).
Performance evaluation processes make some people focus more on releasing things than on the quality and value of the products.
Salaries vary a lot by country. Google does not pay very well outside the main locations.
More transparency. Listen more to the feedback from employees. Improve performance evaluations. Make a better selection of managers.
