I applied for the software position for fresh graduates on their website and received a response from HR within a week or two to set up a phone interview with one of their software engineers.

First, they gave me a call. Then, I completed an online coding test through their platform, where I had to explain everything. Finally, they asked a few questions, and the interview was over.

Long and uneventful. They are looking for people to work 24/7. Pay looked great, but there was no work-life balance. Silly questions; it seemed like a waste of time. I was no longer interested after the second interview.
