Google is suffering
omnipresent in lots of markets.
The more an employee's work looks like software engineering work, the more successful they are.
Stable-ish (for a while longer).
Amenities (for a while longer).
Unable to have flexibility with employee careers. HR processes are very archaic. Performance and promotions are totally broken, stagnating. Never grew business outside of ad revenues. Search quality decreasing. Culture and internal experience are declining rapidly.
We give them feedback all the time in Googlegeist, memegen, and posts in Google Groups, and they don't listen.
GRAD is a huge mess. Perf/promo were bad enough before. GRAD is worse. Google is declining.
