They offer very great benefits.
Sometimes the hours are longer.
I applied via a job posting on my college website and was put through the wringer by them. The process included: * One recruiter phone screen * Two technical screens I was then invited for an onsite interview, which consisted of: * Two tech
The interview consisted of me coming on site. Multiple interviewers were constantly asking questions, with breaks in between, of course. I also had to complete multiple phone screens before going on site.
The interview is very in-depth but casual. They love to ask questions, but they are manageable. It's not impossible; just stay positive and continue moving forward with the questions. The people are nice, so it's not an uncomfortable interview.
