The initial phone interview was alright. The recruiter set up an interview feedback call and didn't even show up. This was disrespectful and a total waste of time, as I was looking forward to some feedback.

Recruited by a university recruiter, I had an initial 45-minute technical phone screening, followed by four onsite interviews with a lunch in between. They informed me of the decision, after the hiring committee reviewed the interviewers' feedback, f
