Good compensation and local culture but questionable leadership ethics
Good compensation and a great local team culture at the office. There was free lunch and great perks. The San Diego office had lots of team bonding events.
Leadership will do anything for profit, even if it's evil or against employees' wishes. For example, the company has contracts with the Department of War and Israel to provide AI and cloud tech.
There is a lot of shuffling of roles, especially for PMs and managers, so sometimes it was hard to get a consistent team structure for longer than a year.
